Order and set up your first server

This guide walks you from picking a plan to logging in to your new server. Most servers are ready within seconds of payment.

Order the server

  1. Browse plans at ngpcloud.in/pricing, or go straight to a product page such as Minecraft, Bot Hosting or VPS.
  2. Pick a plan and a billing cycle:
    • Monthly - billed every 30 days.
    • Quarterly - billed every 3 months, 5% discount.
    • Annual - billed every 12 months, 20% discount.
  3. Click Add to cart, then open the cart and click Checkout.
  4. Choose the server type if you're asked (for example Paper, Forge or Fabric for Minecraft). You can change this later.
  5. Fill in your billing details. Add your GSTIN if you want a GST invoice for input tax credit.
  6. Accept the terms, pick a payment method and complete the payment.

Find your server

  1. Go to your Dashboard. Your new server is listed on the Overview tab with its status and power controls.
  2. Click Manage Panel to open the game panel at panel.ngpcloud.in.
  3. Log in with the panel credentials from your server-ready email. If you can't find them, use Forgot password on the panel login page.

First things to do

  1. Start the server from the dashboard or the panel's Console tab and wait for it to finish booting.
  2. Note your connection address - it's shown on the panel's server page (for example 203.0.113.10:25565).
  3. Create a backup once it's configured the way you like - see Creating and restoring backups.
