Connect to your Minecraft server
Once your server is running, joining takes seconds. You just need its address.
Find your server address
- Open your server on panel.ngpcloud.in.
- The address is shown on the console page as IP:port, for example
203.0.113.10:25565. - Click it to copy.
Join from Minecraft: Java Edition
- Launch Minecraft and click Multiplayer.
- Click Add Server.
- Enter any Server Name, and paste the address into Server Address - including the
:port. - Click Done, then double-click the server to join.
Join from Bedrock Edition
For Bedrock servers (or Java servers running Geyser):
- Go to Play → Servers → Add Server.
- Enter the IP in Server Address and the port in Port - they're separate fields on Bedrock.
- Save and join.
Use your own domain
Want players to join with play.yourdomain.com instead of an IP? See Point your domain to your server - it covers the SRV record that lets you hide the port too.
Can't connect?
- "Can't connect to server" / timed out - make sure the server is Running and has finished starting (look for
Donein the console). - "Outdated client" / "Outdated server" - your game version doesn't match the server's.
- "Failed to verify username" - restart your launcher and sign in again.
Still nothing? Work through I can't connect to my server.
Still stuck? Open a ticket on Discord - run /ticket in any channel, pick a department, and include your Server ID or Invoice ID so we can jump straight in.
