How to create your NGP Cloud account

Your NGP Cloud account is where you order services, pay invoices, open tickets and manage every server you own.

Create the account

1. Go to ngpcloud.in/register.
2. Choose how you want to sign up:
   • Email and password - enter your name, email and a strong password.
   • Google or Discord - click the button and approve the sign-in on the provider's page.
3. If you signed up with email, open the confirmation email we send you and click the link to verify your address. Check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived within a few minutes.
4. Sign in at ngpcloud.in/login. You land on your Dashboard.

Secure it right away

Before you order anything, take two minutes to:

• Turn on two-factor authentication - see Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Save your backup codes somewhere safe, away from your phone.

Link your Discord account (recommended)

Most support happens in our Discord server, and linking lets our bot show your servers and invoices when you ask for help.

1. Join the NGP Cloud Discord at discord.gg/ngpcloud.
2. In any channel, run the command /link and enter the email address on your account.
3. We email you a code. Run /verify and enter that code to finish linking.

You can check the link at any time with /account, and remove it with /unlink.
