Supported payment methods (UPI, PayPal, Bkash, Nagad, Easypaisa, crypto)
NGP Cloud accepts payments from across Asia and worldwide. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR); GST is added at checkout where it applies.

Paying at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, PayPal)
- Add your plan to the cart and click Checkout.
- Under Payment, pick a provider. UPI, cards and net banking are processed by our Indian payment gateway; PayPal handles international cards and PayPal balances.
- Complete the payment in the window that opens. Don't close the tab until you're redirected back.
- Your server is created automatically once the payment is confirmed.
Paying with Bkash, Nagad, Easypaisa or crypto
These are confirmed by our billing team:
- Open a ticket with
/ticketand choose Sales & Purchases. - Tell us the plan you want and the method you'd like to use.
- We reply with the amount and the payment details. Pay only to the details given inside your ticket.
- Send the transaction ID or a screenshot of the receipt in the ticket. We confirm it and set up your server.
Security
All card and UPI payments are processed by the payment gateway - NGP Cloud never sees or stores your full card number. Nobody from NGP Cloud will ever ask for your UPI PIN, card CVV or an OTP.
