My server is suspended
A suspended server is stopped and locked, but your files are kept. Suspension almost always means an unpaid invoice.
Suspended for an unpaid invoice
- Open Dashboard → Payments.
- Find the invoice marked Unpaid or Overdue.
- Click Pay and complete the payment.
- Your server is reactivated automatically once the payment is confirmed. Start it from the dashboard.
How long you have

| 1-3 | Grace period - still running |
| 4-7 | Suspended - files kept |
| 8-14 | Still suspended - a late fee may apply |
| 15+ | Terminated - data deleted after 30 days unless paid |

Suspended for another reason
Servers can also be suspended for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy - for example running attacks, crypto miners or abusive resource usage - or because of a chargeback. You'll normally receive an email explaining why.
If you think a suspension is a mistake, open a ticket and quote the email you received. Please don't open a payment dispute with your bank - it delays everything and can lead to account termination.
