Reset your password
Forgot your password? You can reset it yourself in a couple of minutes.
Reset your NGP Cloud account password
- Go to ngpcloud.in/forgot-password (or click Forgot password? on the login page).
- Enter the email address on your account and click Send reset link.
- Open the email from NGP Cloud and click the reset link.
- Choose a new password and save it. You're signed in with the new password.
Signed up with Google or Discord?
Accounts created with Google or Discord don't have a separate NGP Cloud password. Use the same button on the login page to sign in.
Game panel password is separate
Your game panel at panel.ngpcloud.in has its own login. To reset it, click Forgot password? on the panel's login page. Your panel password is also your SFTP password, so update your SFTP app afterwards.
Change your password while signed in
- Go to Dashboard → Settings.
- Under Change Password, enter your current and new password.
- Save.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| "Too many attempts" | Wait a while before requesting another link. |
| The link says it's expired or invalid | Links expire and only work once - request a new one and use the newest email. |
| You no longer have access to the email | See Recover your account. |
