Keep your NGP Cloud account secure
A compromised hosting account can mean deleted servers, stolen worlds and unexpected invoices. These habits keep you safe.
The essentials
- Use a unique password. Don't reuse one from another site - a password manager makes this easy.
- Turn on 2FA and save backup codes. See Enable two-factor authentication.
- Add a passkey for fast, phishing-resistant sign-in.
Spot scams
- Only sign in at ngpcloud.in and panel.ngpcloud.in. Check the address bar before typing your password.
- NGP Cloud staff never DM you first asking for passwords, 2FA codes, backup codes or payments.
- Official payment details are only shared inside your own ticket channel.
- If someone claims to be staff, ask them to reply in a ticket - real staff can.
Manage access

| Panel → Users | Remove old subusers and give the rest only the permissions they need. |
| Dashboard → API | Revoke API keys you're not using. Treat keys like passwords. |
| Discord bot | If you stored a panel API key with /setclientkey, remove it with /removeclientkey when you no longer need it. |
Protect your servers too
- Give admins in-game permissions, not your panel login.
- Keep regular backups and download important ones.
