Your dashboard is the control centre for everything you buy from NGP Cloud.
Tabs at a glance
| Tab | What it's for |

| Overview | All your servers with live status, plus Start, Restart, Stop and Manage Panel buttons |
| Settings | Change your password, set up two-factor authentication and passkeys, or delete your account |
| Payments | Invoices, payment history and downloadable receipts |
| Backups | Create, download and restore server backups |
| Console | Live server console - read logs and send commands |
| SFTP | Connection details (host, port, username) for uploading files |
| Schedule | Automatic tasks such as daily restarts |
| Collab | Invite collaborators to help manage a server |

Dashboard vs. game panel
Your dashboard covers billing, account security and the most common server actions. For deeper server work - the full file manager, startup settings, databases and network ports - click Manage Panel to open panel.ngpcloud.in.

Open and track support tickets under Dashboard → Tickets, or on Discord with /ticket. See How to open a support ticket.
