How to add or remove subusers on your server

Share access to a server with a friend or teammate, or remove someone who no longer needs it - both are done from Discord, not the dashboard.

Add a subuser

  1. In Discord, run /addsubuser server_id:<your server> email:<their panel email>.
  2. The email must belong to a panel account that has already signed in at least once - subusers are added by panel email, not by Discord account.
  3. NGP Cloud adds them to your server on the panel with subuser-level access.

List current subusers

Run /subusers server_id:<your server> to see everyone with access, including the UUID you need for removal.

Remove a subuser

  1. Run /subusers first to find their subuser_uuid.
  2. Run /removesubuser server_id:<your server> subuser_uuid:<uuid from step 1>.
