Using the server console
The console shows your server's live output and lets you type commands as if you were sitting at the server. It's the first place to look when something goes wrong.
Open the console
- Dashboard: Dashboard → Console, then pick your server.
- Panel: open your server on panel.ngpcloud.in - the console is the first page.
Send a command
Type into the box at the bottom and press Enter. Examples for a Minecraft server:
say Server restarting in 5 minutes
op PlayerName
whitelist add PlayerName
save-all
Read the logs
- New lines appear live while the server runs.
- The console only receives output while the server is running. For earlier output, open the
logs/folder in the file manager -latest.logis the current session. - On Discord,
/logsreturns the most recent console lines for a server.
Share logs with support
When you open a ticket, copy the last 30-50 lines around the error and paste them in a code block. Text is searchable; screenshots of logs aren't.
Resource usage
The panel shows live CPU, memory and disk usage beside the console. If memory sits at the limit, see Fix server lag.
Still stuck? Open a ticket on Discord - run /ticket in any channel, pick a department, and include your Server ID or Invoice ID so we can jump straight in.
