How to add your GSTIN and download a GST invoice

Add your business's GSTIN to your invoices so they show your GST details alongside NGP Cloud's, ready for your own tax filing.

Where your GSTIN appears

When you provide a GSTIN, it's shown on your invoice as the Buyer GSTIN, next to NGP Cloud's own registered GSTIN and PAN, which appear on every invoice regardless of whether you add your own.

Download an invoice

  1. Open your dashboard and go to the Payments tab.
  2. Find the order you need an invoice for and open it.
  3. The invoice is a printable GST-format document showing both parties' details, the line items, and the total paid.
